1. Who these terms are with

This website is run by Sun Training Systems, a corporate training and executive coaching firm founded in November 2014 and based in Bengaluru, India. Its founder is S Venkattesh Prasanna.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Sun Training Systems. "You" means anyone using the website. You can reach us at suntraining2014@gmail.com. Our registered address is Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

2. Using this website

You may read the website, download the resources we offer and contact us about our services. You agree not to:

• use the website for anything unlawful, or in a way that harms it or other users,
• copy, scrape or harvest content or contact details by automated means,
• attempt to gain access to parts of the site that are not public,
• upload anything harmful, or pretend to be someone else when you contact us.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time. We aim to keep it available, but we do not promise it will always be online or free of errors.

3. Our content and who owns it

Everything on this website belongs to Sun Training Systems or to the people we license it from. That includes the text, photographs, workshop materials, the A-to-G Framework, the book Awareness, Discipline, Focus and the Sun Training Systems name and marks.

You may read and print pages for your own use, and share links to them. You may not republish our material, sell it, or use it to build a competing training programme without our written permission.

Client names and logos shown on this website belong to those companies and appear only to show who we have worked with.

4. Enquiries, proposals and programmes

• Sending an enquiry or booking a discovery call costs nothing and puts you under no obligation.
• Nothing on this website is a binding offer. A programme is confirmed only when we issue a written proposal and you accept it in writing.
• That proposal sets the scope, dates, fees, payment terms, travel arrangements and cancellation terms for the work. If it differs from this page, the proposal applies.
• Dates and trainer availability are held only once the proposal is accepted.

5. Buying the book

• The price and delivery charge are shown before you pay, and a tax invoice is issued for every order.
• We use a payment gateway to take payment. We never see or store your card details.
• Orders are dispatched by courier to the address you give us. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
• Cancellations, returns and refunds follow our refund and cancellation policy, which will be published alongside checkout.

6. Free guides and emails

When you download a guide you may receive emails from us about our programmes, the book and new resources. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to stop at any time. The guides are for your own use. Please do not redistribute or sell them.

7. Training content is guidance, not professional advice

Our programmes, guides and articles share practical methods for communication, sales and leadership. They are general guidance. They are not legal, financial, medical or psychological advice, and they do not replace advice from a qualified professional for your situation.

8. Results

Any results, figures or case studies on this website describe what specific clients experienced, and some are reported by those clients rather than measured by us. Training works through the people who apply it, so we cannot promise the same outcome for your team.

9. Testimonials

Testimonials are published with the permission of the person who gave them and are their own words and opinions.

10. Other websites and tools

This website links to services we do not control, such as LinkedIn, a booking tool and a payment gateway. We are not responsible for their content or their terms, and you use them at your own risk.

11. Our liability

We do our best to keep the website accurate and useful, but we give no warranty that it is complete or error free.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or data arising from your use of this website or its free resources. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Liability for paid work is set out in the proposal for that work.

12. Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what personal data we collect and how we handle it. It forms part of these terms.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business and the law change. The date at the top shows the current version, and the version published when you use the website is the one that applies.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless a proposal we have both signed says otherwise.
