    Yes. Programmes run in person across India and online.

  • Which languages?

    English, Hindi, Kannada and Tamil for full delivery. Other regional languages on request.

  • Can the programme be customised?

    Every programme is designed around your team's real situations.

  • How big can a batch be?

    Workshops work best with 20 to 25 people. Keynotes can go much larger.

  • How do we measure impact?

    Agree the business measure up front, such as conversion, escalations or absenteeism, and review it after the programme.

  • How do payments work?

    Workshops are paid in advance. Annual partnerships are billed monthly.
